So Loved your animation. What an imagination you have. Was so sad you didn't win. So had it in my head that you would win but I understand that a competiton is just that and the video that won was pretty cool too.
Your submission was so fantastic though. Like the fish playing the game in his bowl, the water slide, the animated fish angry with the other fish on the other side of the bowl and the end they get flushed. I am getting some really serious symbolic stuff going on here and would love to know the real story, or what you wanted to portray to the viewers of your video or if the whole thing is some kind of metaphor for some kind of experience you had.
I liked the song too. Da LaMer. Wish I spoke French so I could get the whole gist of the lyrics. But even then they say music crosses barriers and your work did that. Even though I didn't understand the words, I got the vision.
I can only dream of creating something as good as this. My stuff is a lot more plain in depth, it's creative but more rustic in style. Still like any true artist I am not intimidated by brilliance of those around me but I am inspired.
Thanks for showing us what you made. You made something that I think we all will remember, aspire to achieve in our own style and look at our fish bowls in a whole new light from now on.
